GE hunter adopt thorough practices in line with business operations to ensure the smooth transition of sourcing talent and producing results and meeting objectives. The initial stage involves briefing and making sure that we thoroughly understand the requirement from the client, from which we strategically plan the execution and go on to setting a target agreement.

The initial stage involves briefings with both business and HR leaders and making sure that we thoroughly understand the requirement from the Client.  As we have in-depth knowledge about our clients organisational culture, business challenges in their markets as well as the values represented, which enables us to deliver results. We then strategically plan the process of activating the research campaign which includes the well thought over setting the targets when searching for best matching candidate’s profiles.

STAGE 2 CANDIDATE – APPROACH AND ATTRACT

We undergo the process of tailored and strategic approach aiming at contacting and attracting selected candidates who potentially match the given requirements. Sensitivity of dealing with confidentially is key for us and we always adhere to the strict Code of Practice principles when handling data. At this stage, we share the Presentation Brief to potential candidates to have better understanding of our client specific needs and requirements as well as company culture. However, only the assessment of competency alongside personality and aspiration at the interview gives the whole picture of possible match. During this stage all our activities are communicated directly to the Client on a weekly progress with a Progress Report, together with the final  list of shortlisted and motivated candidates ready to be interviewed by client.

STAGE 3 - ASSESSMENT AND DECISION SUPPORT

Here we help our client to set up interviews details for shortlisted candidates during this final stage, once completed we  are in the position to finalize package overviews and conduct thorough reference checks. We support the client, ensuring that they have all the specifications needed.

Partnering to client in decision-making process is a critical role for us to support client in making the final choice. When necessary, we support in negotiating the packages.

STAGE 4 -  REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

After a set period of time and after 1, 3, 6, 12 months from which  the candidate has  started with our client, we follow up with both client and candidates to make sure that matching process is correct and both parties are fully happy.
